This Java applet scrolls any number of text messages right,left, up or down on a solid background or a background image. The font type, style,size and the color for each text can be specified.

Configurable parameters:
Scrolling texts;
Font type, style, size for each text;
Color for each text;
Scrolling direction for each text;
URL link for each text;
Target frame(optional) for each text;
Background color or background image for each text;
Scrolling speed;
Delay between each frame.
