This Java applet scrolls any number of text strings up on a solid background or a background image with a mouse over effect. The font type, style,size and the color for each text can be specified. The position of each text can also be defined.

Configurable parameters:
Scrolling texts;
Font type, style, size for each text;
Color for each text;
Position for each text;
URL link for each text;
Target frame(optional) for each text;
Border width and color;
Background color or background image;
Mouse over color;
Scrolling speed;
Delay between each frame.
